Coach Tia
Played in the NCAA at the Division 1 level for my undergraduate education. Played two seasons, my freshman and sophomore year, at Pepperdine University in the WCC before transferring and finishing my undergrad experience at George Washington University in Washington D.C. for my junior and senior seasons. Played semi-professionally for three years WPSL so far, playing for San Diego Parceiro most recently in 2022 and 2023. Currently playing for San Diego Parceiro for the summer of 2024 and beyond as well! Looking to pursue my Masters while continuing to play in the NCAA using my remaining eligibility in the fall of 2024, before hopefully playing overseas after that!
Sharing my passion for goalkeeping with the next generation is something I hold near and dear to my heart. Inspiring confidence in players allows their game to reach new levels and unlock a desire to become the best version of themselves! There is no better feeling than making a world-class save in the 90th minute of a game. Having experience coaching several youth goalkeeper camps, I am committed to player technical development, while infusing joy and positivity into the process. I have coached youth goalkeepers in various fashions for over three years, most recently assisting Warner Athletics in the summer of 2023.
When I am not on the soccer field, I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with my friends and family, going on runs, world travel, and enjoying life!
