I met with Melissa and Kramer every week when I was in 9th grade. I didn’t know how hard I was on myself all the time. I used really negative talk to myself and I always felt like I was so anxious when I played in games. I learned how to improve my self talk and to control the controllables - so now I’m having fun and I also feel more confident every time I play! - ‘07, Rise 8 Alumni
